Gose brewed with barley malt and wheat flakes, with a light body and subtle yet noticeable acidity.
A barely perceptible touch of coriander enhances its drinkability.
On the finish, our smoked chestnuts emerge, with dry and slightly peaty notes, accompanied by a delicate savoriness.
A fresh, smoky, and surprisingly balanced beer.
Unfiltered and unpasteurized farmhouse beer
