My name is Jean Claude Zacchini I was born on Monte Amiata, part of my ancestors are originally from these enchanted places, I myself am bewitched and in love with them, so much so that I choose these places as a cradle to build history of my life and

where to raise my two children Jako and Adelaide. By my side I am fortunate to have a great woman, Katia my wife, my lover, my supporter and mother of my children. Then there is the love for Nature and the fruits it gives us, the passion with which we transform them and tell them to our customers.
